This Refund Policy applies to paid PicMatrix services.
Subscription fees, plan charges, setup fees, add-on charges, and usage-based charges are generally non-refundable once the service period, setup, or usage has started.
If a payment is made twice by mistake for the same service and billing period, the duplicate payment may be refunded after verification.
A refund may be considered if a payment was duplicated, charged incorrectly, or the purchased service was not activated due to a verified technical issue from our side.
Refund requests must include payment proof, registered account details, and a clear reason for the request.
Used subscription periods, consumed storage, messaging charges, third-party fees, custom development, setup work, and completed service usage are non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for delays or issues caused by incorrect user details, third-party service outages, device limitations, internet problems, or misuse of the platform.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, or gateway involved.
